So as I’m writing this, I’ve stepped out of my little Covid protection bubble and sitting at a small coffee shop.
Of course it’s not how it used to be before! Although I’m constantly sanitizing EVERYTHING (sugar packet included) and making sure no one get’s close to me, it is actually quite good to have a small change of scenery. It does wonders for the creative inspo and not to mention, supporting local!
The conversations around me have been real interesting!
I’m not eve’s dropping but I think I either have some elf ears (a story for another day) or everyone just chats rather loud. It’s ranged from peoples aunties being psychic mediums, people dying from damaged tooth roots, others trying to learn instagram or organizing golf while the ‘Mrs’ is still at work! What an outing!
The real reason why I’m sitting here right now however is…
Shrimpie’s getting ‘inked’!
For those of you who know me, my car (aka Shrimp) is my absolute baby! Sometimes to the point where it actually concerns some!
She has always been referred to as the ‘Shrimp’ so I guess to a certain degree, she was a part of that small little seed that planted the whole concept of the company today!
So with that in mind, she always had a little ‘Shrimp’ sticker on the back.
Times have started to change however and I needed to step things up a notch, so this past weekend I had to suck it up and take it off! It was slightly emotional to be honest (ridiculous I know)! But never the less, she’s off down the road getting snapped up and taking it to a whole new level!
Side note: now with my car branded all over, I seriously need to be extra nice on the roads.
Any-who, July has been a sort of tough one! Lot’s to reevaluate but also the start of new beginnings!
Other than Shrimp getting her ink, we have another little project up our sleeve! It’s been a work in progress for a while and it’s slowly starting to take shape! I seriously can’t wait to launch!

I’m sure you can see this month was filled with some deep thinking, concept development and many trial and errors! I have a really good feeling about what’s coming up and keen to get the ball rolling!
